Essentially it is our job to ensure that once a candidate walks through the client's door for their first interview the client can explore areas of specific interest.

Due to the increasing importance of Health and Safety within the Construction Industry, Construction Alliance have introduced a number of initiatives, including the appointment of a qualified manager to deal specifically with health and safety and to implement and update regularly a policy which adheres to the most detailed guidelines. Construction Alliance is also happy to provide Clients with the service of providing induction and toolbox talks if the client so wishes with fully qualified staff. We continually refresh our registered candidate database by directly contacting them and updating their personal records held on our nationwide database thus increasing the volume and accuracy of candidate information available to our Recruitment Consultants throughout the UK. By reducing the amount of time the Consultants have to spend in basic searching for available candidates it increases the amount of time that they can spend on accurately matching candidates, conducting detailed interviews and overall increases our speed of response to your requirements which in today's highly pressurised construction industry can be all important.

A highly structured interview with a trained Consultant who will assess the overall quality of the candidate, probe and question in detail on their employment history and accurately determine the personal and career motivators of the candidate.

References provided by previous line managers the written details of which are included with the Candidates CV.
